For men primarily 30+ who want to understand themselves and take useful steps toward their ambitions. The published personality questionnaire, your values reflection, and the suggested actions play different roles. The combined feedback is exploratory; it has not been validated as a complete psychological assessment and does not provide a clinical diagnosis.
The experience
Choose a direction, complete the published 50-item IPIP questionnaire, reflect on your values, respond to the feedback, and make a seven-day experiment. The example route uses fictional answers and is labelled throughout.
How your scores work
The five scores are mean responses from the published positive and reverse scoring keys. They run from 1 to 5. They do not compare you with other people, measure intelligence, or diagnose a condition. The values exercise clarifies priorities without a score. Suggested actions come from your chosen direction, time, and circumstances.
Your information
Guest answers, goals, scores, and check-ins stay in memory in this tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears them. They are not sent to analytics. If accounts are available, you can explicitly choose to save a completed personal assessment and its plan to your private account. Signing in may hold your chosen copy in this tab’s session storage for up to 15 minutes. Example profiles cannot be saved. Record dated check-ins in My space; the undated guest entries here are not uploaded. Downloading your plan deliberately saves a plain text copy, including guest check-ins, on your device.
After making a plan, you may separately request follow-up contact. Only your optional email address and explicit contact consent go to a private inbox. That contact form does not send your profile, answers, or plan, email your plan, or subscribe you to a mailing list. Account saving is a separate choice. Read the privacy details.
