Start here
Home workout resources can organize a published sequence, standalone sessions, a written routine, or a generated plan. Each format leaves different decisions to you. Start with your available setup and inspect the content you would actually use. A product’s broad description does not establish that every session fits your equipment or experience.
Use the hub for the decision
Use the format guide to understand the selection task, then check space and equipment at routine level. Keep a provider’s published duration separate from your own preparation and cleanup estimates. The weekly planner records available windows and chosen content; it does not invent a routine or recommend a training schedule. Limited verified no-equipment coverage remains visible rather than becoming a broad recommendation list.

Questions to resolve
- Is every home-workout resource no-equipment?
No. Inspect the selected routine and its current equipment evidence. A home-workout label or bodyweight movement does not by itself establish that a whole program needs no equipment.
- Does published session duration include setup?
Do not assume so. Record published content length and your own preparation estimate in separate fields.
- Does the planner choose a routine?
No. It records your availability, setup, and a routine you have selected using its instructions or appropriate qualified guidance.
