The selection task is to find understandable instruction and a documented progression that fits the setup you can use. A workout log records activity; it does not by itself supply a beginner program. A program library also requires selecting a particular program. Compare those functions explicitly before treating a broad beginner label as a complete plan.
Use the hub for the decision
Start with the equipment guide and inspect the actual routine. Use the program checklist to record starting requirements, instruction, progression, and unanswered questions. If you already have a chosen program, the original workout log gives you a separate recording format. The directory does not assess personal health suitability, diagnose injury, or prescribe an exercise routine.

Questions to resolve
- Does a large exercise library provide a beginner plan?
It may supply demonstrations or entries without an organized routine. Inspect the program, starting requirements, and progression separately.
- Does bodyweight mean no equipment?
No. A routine can use bodyweight resistance and still require supports or other equipment. Check the actual movements and instructions.
- Can the checklist decide whether a routine is safe for me?
No. It organizes resource information. Individual health, injury, or technique questions belong with qualified guidance.
